4. About our credentials
Ruben Perez is a tax advisor and a participant in the IRS Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP). He is not a CPA, attorney, or Enrolled Agent. AFSP participants have limited rights to represent clients before the IRS, as described by the IRS. We'll tell you if your situation needs a different type of professional.
5. No guarantees
We work hard to give accurate and helpful service, but we can't promise any specific result, such as a certain refund amount, a lower tax bill, or a particular outcome with the IRS or a state agency. Stories and examples on this Site are illustrative and don't predict your results.
6. Your responsibilities
If you become a client, you agree to give us complete and accurate information. Your tax return is your responsibility, and you should review it before it is filed.
